1. If the batteries are low, replacing the old batteries with the new ones. After you disconnected the old batteries, wait for 2 minutes, then put in the new batteries.
2. Do you hear any beeps from the monitor when opening/closing the garage door? If yes, try to use this link to decode the beeps or record the beeps and send to garagedoorbuddy@gmail.com
3. It is a common issue that WiFi coverage in the garage is not good enough. If you stand next the monitor, how many Wifi signal bars do you get? If it two bars, that means it is low. If it is one bar, it is too low for the monitor to work.
4. Sometimes, adding a dedicated IP address for the monitor from your router can help.
