When you are working in the garage and the garage door is left open for a long period time, you can silient the notifications from the GDB monitor app if you don’t want to get distracted by the notifications from the GDB monitor app.
iPhone:
With iOS 15, there’s a new feature called ‘Focus mode’.

You can customize what notifications you want to get and what notifications you don’t want to get in the focus mode. And you can set a schedule for the focus mode.
Android:
