Logout of the Monitor app. Then click ‘Forgot password’ to reset password.
Here’s how to log out of the monitor app.
For iPhone, click the “About” tab in the monitor app, then click “Logout”.
For Android phone, click the ‘dot dot dot’ button > click ‘settings’ > click ‘Logout’ button.
